Kilometres and hours are source-reported readings at sale or listing, not verified current readings. A limit excludes records where that field is unknown. Trailer mileage is not available in this release.

Value is a range. Context is everything.

Numbers you can question.

Read the methodology ↗
01

Know which price you are reading.

Used · sold shows completed surplus sales. Used · dealers shows advertised inventory. New references identify manufacturer starting prices, dealer asking prices or the need for a quote.

02

The differences stay visible.

Repair disclosures, bundled attachments, kilometres, missing hours and sale dates matter. See them before comparing a result with your machine.

03

No evidence, no invented estimate.

We require at least three screened exact-model records before showing a range. Sparse coverage gets an honest answer.

Before you use a value

A few important distinctions.

Can I check new equipment too?

Yes. Choose New in the checker for manufacturer starting prices, dealer asking prices and quote-required models. These references have source links and a checked date. They are kept separate from used sales and never used to generate an appraisal or depreciation estimate.

Is this what my equipment is worth today?

No. A range describes observed historical sold amounts from this limited sample. Condition, hours, specification, attachments, location and the market since the sale can change what your machine sells for today.

Why are some records excluded from a range?

Records with detected parts, repair, export or bundle flags are excluded. Exact make and model are required, and sales must fall within the last 36 months. Missing mechanical history is still a limitation in the remaining records.

Can I compare trucks and trailers by kilometres?

Truck records with explicitly reported mileage can be filtered by minimum and maximum kilometres. Missing readings stay unknown. Trailer mileage is not available in this release. The type filters and original titles help distinguish configurations; truck and trailer prices are reference sales, with no automatic value range.

Can I use this for financing or insurance?

Use it to prepare questions and gather context. It is not a certified appraisal, a lender’s collateral value or an insurance replacement valuation. Your lender or insurer may require an independent inspection or appraisal.

Do you cover the United States or other countries?

This release covers selected Canadian government surplus sales and Canadian dealer or manufacturer references. Currency conversion would not make these records representative of another country’s market.
